Mango delight | How to make Mango delight Ingredients to make Mango delight 3/4 cup mava 3/4 cup Mango pulp 1/2 cup Sugar 2 tbsp agar agar powder 2 tbsp Cornflour 2 tbsp Desicated Coconut How to make Mango delight Grate mava and add in a pan Let it roast Then add mango pulp And mix in mava Stir it and cook 3 min. Till then add agar agar powder in 4 tbsp water Mix it finely avoid lumps Now add this in mava mango mix On slow flame cook again for 5 min. Take 4 tbsp water and add cornflour in it Mix finely After five min. add cornflour in pan and mix finely And cook again for 3 min. Ingredients--- 1 zuccini 1 tbsp onion 3 tbsp red,yellow,green bell pepper 1 tbsp mushroom 1 tbsp celery 1 tbsp coriander leaves 3 garlic cloves Salt as per taste 1 tsp pepper 1 tbsp oregano 2 cheese cubes 1 tbsp olive oil Method--- Cut zucchini from center lengthwise and scoop from center for stuffing Add olive oil on zucchini Sprinkle salt and pepper Keep it for 20 min. Heat oil and saute onion and garlic Add celery and bell peppers And add mushrooms Now add all spices and cover pan for 5 min. Apply pizza sauce on zucchini boats Then fill this stuffing in zucchini Grate cheese on top Bake them for 20 min.at 180 degree Serve i t with sauce

संघटक - 1 कप बेसन 1 कप तरबूज का रस 1/2 कप पानी 1 चम्मच नमक 1 चम्मच अदरक का पेस्ट 1 चम्मच हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट तड़का के लिए --- 1 बड़ा चम्मच तेल 1 बड़ा चम्मच सरसों के बीज 1 बड़ा चम्मच तिल धनिया पत्ती 1 बड़ा चम्मच नारियल पाउडर या कसा हुआ नारियल गार्निश के लिए तरबूज स्कूप तरीका-- कटोरे में बेसन लें तरबूज का रस नमक और अदरक का पेस्ट डालें गांठों को हटाने के लिए बारीक कर लें अब इसे 3 मिनट के लिए माइक्रोवेव में पकाएं। और इसे हिलाओ फिर से 2 मिनट तक पकाएं। इसे हिलाएं 8 मिनट तक इसे दोहराएं। फिर जांच लें कि यह प्लेट छोड़ दें फिर इसे एल्युमिनियम फॉयल या बेकिंग शीट पर पतला फैलाएं इसे ठंडा होने दें फिर रोल बनाएं छोटे टुकड़ों में काटें दी हुई सामग्रियों से तड़का ब नाएं और उन्हें तड़का लगाएँ स्कूप्स, धनिया पत्ती और नारियल पाउडर से गार्निश करें
