Sabudana kheer with fruits and rose

 

Ingredents--

4 cup milk
1 cup sabudana soaked
4 tbsp sugar
cardmon powder  half tsp
rose syrup 4 tsp
chopped fruits like kiwi,strawberry,apple,mango or as per taste 1 cup
cherry for garnish

steps--

boil milk till thickens.when it reduces add soaked sabudana.
cook it in milk and add sugar and cardmon powder.
cool it in freeze.
at the time of serving first pour chopped fruits in a glaa and pour kheer over them.
top with rose syrup and garnish with cherry
prepare all glasses like this and serve chilled.
