3 cup Flour


Pinch of Salt


1 cup Butter


1 cup powder Sugar


1 Egg


1 tsp Baking powder


Yellow colour


1 tsp vanilla essence


Black,white and pink fondant


How to make Emoji cookies

Cream butter and sugar


Beat egg and add essence


Sieve flour and baking powder


Add in butter mix


Make dough


Wrap in cling and keep in freeze for 1 an hour


Then roll down cut round with cookie cutter


Bake for 10 min.at 180 degree in preheated ovan


Make emojis with fondant

Ingredients-- 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup white sugar 1/2 cup butter 1 egg 1.5 cup flour 1 cup chico chips 3/4 cup baking soda 2 tsp vanila essence 1/2 tsp salt Method-- Cream butter and both sugar Add egg,vanilla and beat till mix Then add dry ingredients and mix them in separate bowl Now add dry in wet ingredients and add choco chips If it is soft keep for 20 min.in freeze Then scoop them in baking tray in distance Keep in freeze for 30 min. Besan ki chakki

Ingredients-- 2 cup besan 1 cup ghee 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 5-7 sprigs of saffron Few drops of Orange colour Cardmon powder Silver foil Method-- Add sugar and water in pan For making chaashni cook till sugar dissolve Add a tbsp milk to remove dirt from sugar remove dirt and add saffron threads When one thread chaashni will ready turn of gas. Sieve besan Heat ghee in pan add besan on low flame Stir continuously  and cook besan.
