सबसे पहले आलू बुखारो को धोकर गुठली निकाल लें


छोटे टुकडों मे काट कर मिक्सर मे डाले


पुदीने के पत्ते भी मिला ले


5 मिनट चला ले


फिर छान लें


अब सारे मसाले डाल कर बरफ कुट कर मिला ले


ये बहुत ठंडा होने पर ही अच्छा लगता है


पुदीना से सजा कर सर्व करे
