Pumpkin soup in pumpkin bowl

Ingredients--- 1 pumpkin 2 garlic cloves 1 onion Salt as per taste 1 tsp Pepper powder 2 tbsp cream 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp jeera Mint leave for garnish Method---- Take pumpkin and scoop it Heat butter in pan add jeera Add garlic and onion And add scooped pumpkin Add 1 cup water and let them cook When pumpkin cooked turn off gas And blend finely in mixi Now again add this in same pan Cook and add salt and pepper Add cream and mix Now serve it in pumpkin bowl Garnish with cream and mint Serve hot .

Paalak daal khichri

Ingredients---- I/2 cup moong daal 1/2 cup rice 1 tsp salt 1 tsp jeera 1 cup paalak puree 1 cup onion 1 tomato 2 tsp ginger 4 minced garlic cloves 2 green chillies 2 tbsp ghee 1 tsp flakes Method--- Soak daal and rice Add salt and give 2 whistles in cooker Wash paalak and boil Make paste of it Heat ghee add jeera Add garlic and onion saute them Add ginger chilli and spices Now add boiled daal chaval and paalak puree Cook all of them Add flakes and more ghee and serve hot

Beetroot tikki

Ingredients--- 3  parboiled and grated beetroot 2 green chilli 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 15 mint leaves 1 cup bread crumbs Salt as per taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp chaat masala 1 tsp garam masala Method--- Parboil beet  and grate it Take all ingredients in a bowl and mix finely Make tikkies And heat pan Add butter in pan and cook tikkies from both sides Serve hot

Ingredients-- 1/2 cup coconut 2 green chilli 1 tap ginger 1/4 cup kokam juice Coriander leaves Method---- Add coconut,green chilli,finger in mixi and blend them Sirve them Add in 1 glass water and add kokam juice Mix finely Pour in glass ans add coriander leaves

Freak shake | How to make Freak shake Ingredients to make Freak shake 200 ml soya milk 1 chopped  Apple 1 chopped  Banana 4 chop strawberries 2 brownie pieces 2 Choclate cookies 2 tbsp Choclate sauce 2 tsp  Honey 2 scoop of vanilla icecream Choclate chips Choclate rolls for garnish How to make Freak shake Take a large cup or glass Add apple and milk in mixi And churn them Make pieces of brownies Chop fruits Add fruits upon brownie Then make pieces of cookies and add them Now pour thick milk Again add chop fruits and brownie Then add some milk and half of honey Then take scoop of icecream and top on it Sprinkle chocolate chips, Fizzle choclate sauce Add choclate rolls and cookies Add butterscotch chips and truti frutti Make it overloaded And serve My Tip: Can add desired fruits
