Ingredients to make Litchi juice with dragon fruit agar agar jelly
- For dragon fruit jelly---
- 300 gram chopped dragon fruit
- 750 gram Water
- 110 gram Sugar
- 10 gram agar agar
- 2 tbsp litchi crush
- 1/2 tsp black Salt
- 1/2 bottle soda
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Mint leaves for garnish
How to make Litchi juice with dragon fruit agar agar jelly
- Mash dragon fruit
- Heat water in a pan
- Add sugar and agar agar sheet in hot water and stir till dissolve
- Add mashed fruit in it
- Let it cool and pour in mould
- Set in freeze
- For juice---
- Take 4 tbsp litchi crush in a bowl
- Add black salt,crushed ice and salt
- Add water
- De mould jelly and add it in serving glass
- Pour litchi juice slowly from sides
- Add soda
- Garnish with mint and serve cold
