Colourful Couscous salad

Ingredients-- 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 red bell pepper 1/2 red onion 1/2 zuccini Pinch of salt 1 cup couscous 1/4 cup raisins 1 cup boiled  water 1 tsp grounded  jeera 1 tsp grounded  coriander seeds 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 1 tsp haldi powder 1 tsp pepper powder 2 garlic cloves 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp olive oil 1 cup grated carrot 1 cup  chana or cheakpeas 1/2 cup coriander leaves 1/2 cup mint leaves 1/2 cup parsley Pinch of salt 1/2 cup roasted  almonds 1/2 cup pomegranate  pearls Method-- Chop red bell pepper onion and zuccini Add salt and oil Coat them finely and roast in ovan for 20 min. Till then take a big bowl and add jeera coriander cinnamon haldi pepper oil minced garlic and lemon juice Mix all of them and add boiling water Now add dried couscous  and raisins Cover with cling and leave to stand for 10 min. After ten min.with a fork fluff up the grains Now add carrot and chana and coriander  mint and parsle...

Oats spinach and daal dosa bites with tomato filling

Ingredients-- 1 cup moong sprouts 1/2 cup oats 1 cup palak 1 cup curd 1 green chilli 1 inch ginger 1 tsp Salt 1tbsp coriander powder 1 tbsp red chilli powder 1 tsp jeera 1/2 cup water Tomato filling--- 4 tomatoes 1 onion 4 cloves of garlic 1 inch ginger 1 green chilli Salt to taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp haldi powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp amchur powder 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp oil Method-- Add sprouts curd boiled palak and except oats powder take everything in  mixi and blend in paste Add oats powder and mix finely Add  required water and mix Heat oil add minced garlic and onion Saute them and add ginger and chilli Add chopped tomatoes and salt Cook till tomato soft add spices and our filling is ready Make dosa on nonstick tawa Spread filling upon it Roll carefully  and cut in small pieces Serve hot

Sprout salad

Ingredients-- 1 cup moong sprouts 2 tbsp chopped onion 2 tbsp capsicum 2 tbsp carrot 2 tbsp tomato 2 tbsp cucumber 2 tbsp pomegranate Coriander leaves 1 lemon juice 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar Salt to taste 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp chaat masala 1/4 tsp black salt 1/4 tsp black pepper Method-- Add all ingredients  in a bowl Add spices Add lemon juice Now add apple sider vinegar  and lemon juice Add sugar and mix all of them Add coriander leaves  and pomegranate pearls Serve chilled

Macaroni soup

Ingredients-- 1 cup macaroni 4 tomatoes 4 garlic cloves 1 onion 1/2 cup three bell peppers 2 tbsp corn Salt to taste 1 tsp pepper powder 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp butter Oregano Chilli flakes Coriander leaves Parsley 1 tbsp cornflour 1 tbsp water Method-- Blend tomatoes  in mixi Heat butter and add minced garlic Roast a little and add onion Saute them and add corn and bell peppers Add tomato puree and 1/2 cup water Add macaroni and  let them cook Add salt pepper and sugar Boil till macroni cooked Mix cornflour in water  and add in soup Cook till soup become thick Sprinkle flakes and oregano Basil enhances  its  taste So add it and serve hot

Savoury crispy donuts

Ingredients-- 1/2 cup suji 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp oil 1.5 cup water 1 boiled potato 7-8 curry leaves 1 tbsp ginger 1 green chilli 1/2 tsp haldi powder Coriander leaves Salt to taste 1/2 tsp haldi powder 1 tsp chaat masala 1 tsp jeera 1/2 tbsp fennel seeds Method-- Roast suji in pan and add salt After 3-4 min.add water and stir Remove lumps cover it and cook 3-4 min.in steam Transfer in bowl  grate potato And add given ingredients  in suji Mix and mash all of them Make like dough Take a ball of mix and shape like a patty Cut in center  with cutter to make donut Prepare all donuts Heat oil and fry them Serve hot with mayo and tomato sauce

Energy Bar

Ingredients-- 1 cup oats 1/2 cup murmurs 1/2 cup chopped almonds 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds 1 cup dates 2 tbsp flax seeds 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup honey 1/2 cup peanut butter Method--- Add oats in pan and roast them 3 to 4 min. Transfer in bowl and roast nuts in same pan Now add oats murmurs salt nuts in a bowl Add peanut butter and honey in pan and make them liquidy because we don't  need to cook only for binding we melt butter Remove seeds from dates and grind them in mixi Now add butter mix and dates also in bowl and mix them with hands Grease a tray and transfer whole mix in it Press and spread equally in tray Sprinkle pumpkin seeds rose petals upon it and press them little Keep in freeze for at least 2 hours After 2 hours take out from freezer and cut in desired shape 1/4 cup honey
