Sugar free full of nuts dates honey flax seeds pumpkin seeds all are healthy and homemade healthy for all ...

Ingredients--

1 cup oats
1/2 cup murmurs
1/2 cup chopped almonds
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 cup dates
2 tbsp flax seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter

Method---

Add oats in pan and roast them 3 to 4 min.
Transfer in bowl and roast nuts in same pan
Now add oats murmurs salt nuts in a bowl
Add peanut butter and honey in pan and make them liquidy because we don't  need to cook only for binding we melt butter
Remove seeds from dates and grind them in mixi
Now add butter mix and dates also in bowl and mix them with hands
Grease a tray and transfer whole mix in it
Press and spread equally in tray
Sprinkle pumpkin seeds rose petals upon it and press them little
Keep in freeze for at least 2 hours
After 2 hours take out from freezer and cut in desired shape

1/4 cup honey
