Juztjelly jamun icecream in choclate cup and plate

Ingredients-- 1 cup jamun 1/2 cup milkmaid 1/2 cup whipped cream 6 juztjelly bears 6 juztjelly strawberry flavour Nuts Strawberry roll Method-- Deseed jamin and make puree of jamuns Take cream add milkmaid and beat them Add jamun puree and add sugar as per taste or required Add jelly bears Transfer this icecream  mix in airtight container and keep in freezer for 8 hours At the time of serving take out scoop of icecream add it in cup Decorate with jellies nuts and roll Serve immediately

Tricolour sabudana kabab

Ingredients-- 1 cup sabudana 1 boiled potato 1/4 cup roasted  peanuts Salt to taste 1 tsp jeera powder 2 tsp ghee 1 tsp green chutney 1 tsp carrot paste 1/4 tsp haldi Method-- Soak sabudana for 2 hours Remove from water and add in bowl Grate potato in it add green chutney peanuts lemon juice Mix all  finely and devide this mix in 3 parts Add chutney  in one part Add carrot paste and haldi in second Leave 3 part as it is Oil your palm and make small kabab Heat tawa add ghee and cook from both sides Serve hot

cheesy shezwan fritters

1 cup grated cheese 2 tsp shezwan chutney 1 cup chopped onion 1/2 tsp flour 1 tbsp chopped garlic 1 tsp baking soda Buttermilk as required Parsley or coriander leaves Method--- Take bowl and add cheese flour baking soda onion Garlic shezwan chutney and salt Add buttermilk as required Make a dough Now make quenelles and fry them till golden Serve hot with chilli sauce

Bread suji chilla

Ingredients-- 5 slice bread 1/2 cup suji 1 cup curd 2 garlic cloves 1 green chilli 1 inch chopped ginger Salt to taste 1/4 chopped onion 1/4 tomatocapsicum Coriander leaves 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp haldi powder 1 tsp coriander  powder 1 tsp amchur powder 1/2 tsp baking soda Method-- Add bread,suji,curd,garlic cloves,ginger and blend them Transfer in a bowl add some water and mix Keep it for some time Chop all vegetables  and add in battar Add all spices and coriander leaves Heat tawa and add oil Pour battar and spread evenly Cook with oil from  both sides Serve hot with chutney or sauce

Mango chiaseed pudding

Ingredients-- 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup milk 1/2 cup chopped mango pieces 1 tbsp  coconut milk Method-- In a bowl soak chia seeds Make puree of half mango and add coconut milk Blend and Make them smooth Add chia seeds and milk Take glass and add mango mix in it Top with chia pudding Garnish with mango pieces and mint Serve cold

Mango cheesecake parfait

Ingredients-- 15 oreo biscuits 1/4 cup butter 1cup mango puree 1/2 cup whipped cream 1/2 cup cream cheese 2 tbsp mango pieces Some jellies for garnish Mint leaves Method-- Crush biscuits and add melted butter Beat whip cream till thick Take cream cheese and beat it Add half mango puree in it If mango is not sweet add some powder sugar to taste Now assemble parfait Take serving dish first  add biscuit crumble Then make second layer with cream cheese filling Add whipped cream and make third layer Then make same layers again Top with mango puree Add whipped cream jelly and mango pieces Garnish with mint and serve

Orange coconut roll

Ingredients--- 1cup milk powder 1/2 cup coconut  powder 1/4 cup powder sugar 1 tbsp orange crush 6 juztjelly 1 tbsp milk if required 1 tsp cardmon powder 1 tbsp  coarse almond powder 1 tbsp coarse pista powder 2 tbsp ghee Method-- Take milk powder in a bowl add coconut powder and powder sugar Mix all of them and add cardmon powder Devide mix in half In one part add milk and bring them all together dough like In other part add orange crush and make dough ..can add one drop of orange colour In a bowl add chopped juzt jellies almond powder and pista powder Jelly will give binding to this mix to which we use as filling Now take aluminium  foil and grease it with ghee Then take white dough and roll down Spread filling upon it And carefully make roll of it with help of foil Then take orange roll and roll down Now take white roll and place it in flat orange disc And now carefully roll again with help of foil Now seal both sides of foil Keep this roll i...
