Zuccinni pancakes Ingredients 1/2 zuccinni grated 1/2  Carrot  grated 2 tbsp rice  Flour 2 tbsp  Besan Ginger  paste - 1/2 tsp 1 green  Chilli Salt Haldi [ Turmeric  powder] - 1/4 th tsp Red Chilli  powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander  leaves Oil Salsa [ready made] - 1 tbsp Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp Green chutney - 1 tbsp Instructions TAKE RICE FLOUR IN A BOWL AND ADD ZUCCINNI AND CARROT ADD GINGER PASTE AND GREEN CHILLI ADD CORIANDER LEAVES NOW ADD BESAN ADD SALT HALDI AND WATER AS REQUIRED MIX ALL OF THEM AND FORM A BATTER OUR BATTER IS READY LEAVE IT FOR 10 MIN. HEAT A PAN AND MAKE PANCAKES ADD LITTLE OIL TO COOK THEM NOW APPLY MAYO ON EACH PANCAKE AND SERVE WITH SALSA AND CHUTNEY

Methi paapri

Ingredients--- 1 cup wheat flour 2 tbsp besan Salt to taste 1/2 tsp haldi 1 tsp red chilli Powder 1tsp chaat masala 1 tsp jeera powder 1cup chopped methi Oil for frying Method--- Take all dry ingredients in bowl and mix them finely Finely wash methi leaves and chop them Add spices and methi leaves in flour mix Add required water and make dough Keep covered for some time Then roll down thinly Cut in desired shape And fry them in oil Enjoy with tea

Choclate chip cookies

Ingredients-- 3/4 cup wheat flour 1/4 cup coco powder 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 cup choco chips Method-- Take half cup softened  butter and add sugar cream them finely Add baking soda in flour and coco powder and add in butter mix And choco chips Mix all of them and make smooth dough Make small balls and flatten them Top with chico chips Arrange in baking tray and bake in preheated ovan for 15 minutes Cool on wire rack and store in airtight container

Blue lagoon

Ingredients-- 4 tbsp blue lagoon 1 bottle soda water 2 blue berries 1 lemon slice Salt for rim Method-- Take glass and spread lemon wedge on it's  rim Take salt in plate and roll glass in salt and make salt rim Add blue lagoon in glass Pour soda Garnish with blueberry  and serve

Creamy puffs

Ingredients-- 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup milk 4 tbsp butter 1 tsp sugar Pinch of salt 1/2 cup flour 2 eggs Whipped cream for filling Icing sugar for dusting Method-- Take butter in pan add water,milk,salt and sugar and heat them Mix all of them Then add flour and mix Cook 2-3 min.when flour becomes like dough Transfer it in bowl Add egg one by one and beat with beater When ribbon consistency comes our battar is ready Fill this mix in piping bag Preheat ovan and pipe puffs on baking sheet Bake for 25 min. Or puffs turn brown at 200 degree Let them cool Cut top of puffs and fill with cream Cover with cut part Dust with icing sugar and enjoy
