Ingredients to make Custard pudding fruity tart----

2 packets thin arraroot biscuits

100 gm Butter

1/2 litre milk

3 tsp custard powder

1 cup amul cream

3 tsp honey

1 gm agar agar powder

Fruits as you wish

How to make Custard pudding fruity tart-----

MAKE POWDER OF BISCUITS ADD MELTED BUTTER

MIX FINELY

TAKE PIE Mould AND TRANSFER MIX IN IT

WITH YOUR FINGERS SET IT IN MOULD

PRESS AT EDGES AND GIVE SHAPE ACCORDING MOULD

NOW PUT IT IN FREEZE FOR SET

NOW BAKE IT FOR 5-7 MIN.AT 180 DEGREE

FOR PUDDING---

TAKE AGAR AGAR POWDER IN A BOWL ADD COLD MILK

IN 2 TBSP MILK ADD CUSTARD POWDER AND MIX.REMOVE LUMPS
BY MIXING FINELY

BOIL MILK

ADD CUSTARD MIX AND HONEY IN IT AND STIR

ADD AGAR AGAR MIX IN IT MIX AND REMOVE  FROM GAS AND LET IT COOL

BEAT CREAM TILL THICK THEN ADD IT IN CUSTARD MIX AND MIX FINELY

NOW POUR CUSTARD IN OUR TART

LIGHTLY TAP IT AND KEEP IN FREEZE FOR TWO HOURS

TAKE BLACK GRAPES, STRAWBERRIES, ORANGE, GREEN GRAPES AND POMEGRANATE SEEDS

AND GARNISH THEM

ARRANGE ALL FRUITS AS YOU LIKE

SERVE IT IN PARTY AND STOLE HEARTS
