Ingredients-- For Gatte--- 1 cup besan 1/2 tsp haldi 1/2 tsp carrom seeds 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/4 cup curd Salt to taste 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp kasoori methi For gravy---- 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp jeera 1 tsp coriander seeds 1 bay leaf 1 dry red chilli 1/4 tsp hing 1 tsp grated ginger 3-4 green chilli 1/2 tsp haldi powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 2 tsp coriander powder Salt to taste 1/2 cup curd 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp amchur masala Coriander leaves Method-- For gatta--- Take besan and all given ingredients  in a bowl Mix them and make a dough with desired water Oil it and  make a roll Cut in equal size and again make rolls of them Now boil water and add gatta in boiling water Insert a knife and check if knife comes clean means gatta are ready Let them cool then remove and cut in small parts Keep safe boiled water of gatta For Gravy--- Heat oil add jeera and crushed coriander seeds Then bay leaf and red chilli Then add hing...

Pizza pops

Ingredients--- pizza pops base--- 1 cup flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup buttermilk Salt to taste For topping-- Butter for base Pizza sauce as per require Chopped veggies as you like or availability Salt for sprinkle Pepper powder Chilli flakes Oregano Cheese mozzarella or pizza cheese Olives Popsicles sticks Method--- For base-- Take flour in bowl and add both baking powder and baking soda Mix them Add buttermilk Take required  water and make dough Oil it and cover for some time After some time  devide dough in small pieces roll down dough in small discs and cut all with small cutters Prick them and bake in preheated ovan for 7 min. On 180 degree Assembling--- Till then chop veggies Take pizza base apply butter on it Then spread pizza sauce Grate cheese and top with vegetables Sprinkle salt ,pepper, flakes and oregano Again top with cheese Decorate with olives Bake for 10 min. Pineapple muffins

Ingredients-- 1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup milk 1/8 cup oil 1 tsp vinegar 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/8 tsp baking soda Pinch of salt 1/4 cup powder sugar 1/4 tsp vanilla essence 2-3 drops yellow colour 5 marigold biscuits 1 tbsp pineapple crush cherries for garnish Method--- Sieve flour,baking powder,baking soda in a bowl Add milk and vinegar  in a bowl mix and leave for 5 min. Then add oil,sugar,essence and colour in milk mix Whisk a little and add flour mix in it Mix all of them with cut and fold method Take donut shape silicon mould Add battar 3/4  in every mould Bake it at 180 degree for 20 to 25 min.in preheated ovan When baked let them cool Then demould them Take pineapple crush and Marie biscuit Apply crush on biscuit And put a cupcake on it Prepare all cupcakes like that Take whipcream and pipe in center Top with cherry ENJOY

Aloevera instant achar

Ingredients---- 2 cup aloevera 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp panchphoran masala pinch of hing Salt to taste 1/2 tsp haldi 1 tsp red chilli powder 2 tbsp coriander powder 1 tbsp amchur powder 1 tbsp sugar 8-9 chopped cashews 8-9 raisins Method--- Cut sidings of aloevera and chop Boil it for 4 min Remove water Heat pan add oil Add panchphoran masala and roast Then add boiled aloevera Add all spices and mix finely Lastly add cashews and raisins Our instant achar is ready to serve

Carrot and broccoli fritters

Ingredients---- 1 cup blanched and finely chopped broccoli 1/4 cup onion 1/4 cup grated carrot 1green chilli to taste Salt to taste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 cup besan Method--- Take broccoli in a mixing bowl Add chopped onion and chilli Add grated carrot Salt and chilli Powder Now add besan for binding Mix all of them finely Make fritters with palms Heat some oil in pan and shallow fry fritters Serve hot

Vegan salad

Ingredients---- 1/4 cup watermelon seeds 2 tsp sugar 1 cup purple cabbage and green apple Salt to taste 1/4 tsp pepper powder 1/2 pomegranate pearls Lemon juice Coriander leaves Method--- In a pan add watermelon seeds and sugar and caramelize sugar at low flame In a mixing bowl take cabbage and apple Add half pomegranate and half coriander leaves Now add salt and pepper Squeeze lemon juice Mix half watermelon seeds mix all of them Transfer in serving bowl and top with remaining pomegranate,coriander leaves and watermelon seeds Serve cold

Shahi corn vegetable

Ingredients---- 2 tbsp oil 1 corn 1 onion 1 tomato 4 green chillies/or as per like 1 inch ginger 6 garlic cloves Coriander leaves 1/2 cup tomato puree 1/2 cup tomato sauce Salt to taste 1/2 tsp haldi 1 tsp chilli powder 2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp amchur powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp kasoori methi 1/4 cup cream Method--- Boil corn in cooker Take tomato,onion,ginger,garlic in mixing and make puree Heat oil in pan Add jeera Then add puree in it stir and cook it for 5 min. Then add all spices except garam masala and kasoori methi and cook  till oil release Add tomato puree when masala cooked When oil release add water and cook for 2-3 min. Add sauce,garam masala and kasoori methi and mix all of them Cut boiled corn in small parts Add them in gravy Flip them other side also so they can absorb gravy Our vegetable is ready Garnish with cream and coriander leaves And serve hot
