Shahi corn vegetable
Ingredients----
2 tbsp oil
1 corn
1 onion
1 tomato
4 green chillies/or as per like
1 inch ginger
6 garlic cloves
Coriander leaves
1/2 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup tomato sauce
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp amchur powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasoori methi
1/4 cup cream
Method---
Boil corn in cooker
Take tomato,onion,ginger,garlic in mixing and make puree
Heat oil in pan
Add jeera
Then add puree in it
stir and cook it for 5 min.
Then add all spices except garam masala and kasoori methi and cook
till oil release
Add tomato puree when masala cooked
When oil release add water and cook for 2-3 min.
Add sauce,garam masala and kasoori methi and mix all of them
Cut boiled corn in small parts
Add them in gravy
Flip them other side also so they can absorb gravy
Our vegetable is ready
Garnish with cream and coriander leaves
And serve hot
