Butter cookies

Ingredients-- 1 cup soft butter 2 cup flour 2/3 cup powder sugar Vanilla Salt Method-- Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy Then add flour and fold it in butter mix Make a disk or log and wrap in cling Keep in freeze for 1 an hour Then cut in equal size and bake them for 12 min.in preheated ovan at 180 degree

Chico chip chewy cookies

Ingredients-- 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup white sugar 1/2 cup butter 1 egg 1.5 cup flour 1 cup chico chips 3/4 cup baking soda 2 tsp vanila essence 1/2 tsp salt Method-- Cream butter and both sugar Add egg,vanilla and beat till mix Then add dry ingredients and mix them in separate bowl Now add dry in wet ingredients and add choco chips If it is soft keep for 20 min.in freeze Then scoop them in baking tray in distance Keep in freeze for 30 min. Then bake for 12 min.in preheated ovan it 175 degree Let them cool and fill in container

Ingredients-- 1.5 cup maida 1/2 cup suji Salt1/2 tsp Baking soda1/4 tsp 2 tbsp hot oil Filling--- Sprouts Curd Green chutney Imli chutney Aaloo Pyaaz Coriander leaves Chaat masala Lal mirch Salt jeera powder Sev bhujiya Pomegranate pearls Boondi

Cgeesy veggie enchiladas

Ingredients-- For sauce-- 3 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp maida Salt 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2 cup tomato puree 1 cup water Pepper 1 tspOregano 1/2 tsp Cummin powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp brown sugar For stuffings ---- 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp garlic All bell peppers Musrooms Boiled razma Corn Salt Pepper Lemon juice Coriander leaves  4 tbsp tomato puree Chiiili flakes 4 tortillas Cheese Some veggies for topping Method-- Heat olive oil and add maida Roast it and add water Then add chilli powder and salt Add all ingredients and cook Our sauce is ready For stuffing add oil in pan Then add all ingredients and saute Add all spices and mix Now take tortilla and spread stuffing in it Fold it prepare all like this Now take a baking dish Spread sauce in base And set arrange tortilla upon it Then again pour sauce Sprinkle cheese Top with veggies Bake for 20 min.in ovan Serve hot

Veggie roastie

Ingredients-- Suji 1 cup Curd 1/4 cup Salt Water3/4 cup 2 tsp oil 1/2 onion Carrot Beans Capsicum Corn Chilli flakes Salt Coriander Eno 1/2 tsp Water 1 tsp Method-- For making battar take suji curd and salt in bowl Add water and mix them Make smooth battar For stuffing heat oil Add onion and saute Then add veggies one by one and cook a little Then mix them in batrar Add coriander leaves Then add eno and water for make it frothy Take a pan add oil And add battar let it cook Cover it and make all pancakes like that

Stuffed onion gravy

Ingredients-- 15 small onion 1/4 tsp Haldi 1/2 tspRed chilli powder 1/2 tsp Garam masala Salt For curry--- 2 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp jeera 1/4 tsp mustard seeds Hing Curry leaves 1 onion 3 garlic cloves 1 inch ginger 3 green chilli 1/4 tsp haldi 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp jeera and coriander powder Salt to taste 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/2 capsicum in cubes 1.5 cup tomato puree 1/4 cup curd 1/2 cup water Kasoori methi Method-- In a bowl take all onions and mark cross upon them Then add all spices and toss them Leave for 15 min. Now heat oil add jeera,rai and hing Then ginger,onion and green chilli Saute them Now add all spices and cook Add capsicum and stir Then add tomato puree and let it cook till oil come out Then add xurd and mix Add water and onion Cover and cook for 7 min. Our vegetable is ready

Imli gud ki pyaaz ki subji

Ingredients-- 6 onion 2 tomato 1 inch ginger 4 green chilli Coriander leaves Salt to taste 2 tsp imli 2 tbsp gud 2 tbsp Mustard oil 1 tsp kalonji Or 1 tbsp panch phoran 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2  tsp haldi powder 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp amchur powder 1/2 tsp garam masala Method-- Chop onion and tomato in halves Heat oil in kadhai and add panch phoran let Splutter it Add gud ,imli and little water Mix them cook a little and add all spices Add water and tomatoes Cover and cook them add little salt When tomatoes cook half add onion Cover and cook for 4 min.
