Choclate orange idli

Ingredients-- 1/4 cup suji 1/4 cup flour 2 tbsp coco powder 1/4 cup orange juice 1/4 cup sugar 2 tbsp oil 1/2 cup buttermilk 2 tbsp milk Pinch of baking soda 1/4 rth tsp baking powder For sauce-- 2 tbsp icing sugar 1 tbsp coco powder 1 tbsp orange juice Method-- Take buttermilk and sugar till dissolve Now add oil and mix add suji and mix keep aside for 30 min. Now add orange juice and mix Add maida,baking powder,baking soda and coco powder Mix all and take milk to adjust consistency Battar should be like idli battar Grease moulds and pour battar Steam for 10 to 15 min. Demould and serve with sauce Make sauce by adding all ingredients

Spring roll sheet for spring rolls

Ingredients-- 2 cup maida 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp oil 2 cup water Mix all ingredients and rest for 15 min. Consistency should be flowing battar should moderate not thick nor  thin Then heat non stick tawa and make one by one Sprinkle some dry maida upon one sheet then kerp other upon it And cover with cloth When want to make spring rolls make a slurry of 2 tsp maida and 2 tsp cornflour add pinch of salt and water Mix them till smooth no lumps should  there in slurry Fill stuffing on one side of sheet add slurry on upper side Fold from all 3 sides Roll tightly and then fry or bake

Green paavbhaji

Ingredients-- 6 Green tomato 2 cup palak 1 cup peas 1 cup beans 1 cup capsicum 1 cup potato Garlic cloves 1 cup onion 1 inch ginger 2 tbsp paav bhaji masala Coriander leaves Salt to taste Pepper powder Butter Paav Method-- Tfirst qe have to chop all vegetables Make puree of palak Heat butter and add onion saute Then add garlic cloves and ginge,r chilli Cook them then add matar and beans When they become soft add capsicum and green tomato Cook them till mushy Add some salt to help them cook fastly Now add paav bhaji masala and mix all of them Cook masala then add mashed potato Add 1cup water and cover with lid Crush whole with paav bhaji crusher Lastly add lemon juice and coriander leaves Roast bun with butter and serve hot This green paav bhaji is super healthy and tasty
