Ingredients to make Malai Cheesy palak curry
1 cup palak puree1 cup crumbled paneer1/2 cup Cream1 tsp whole masala2 tsp gheeGreen chilli1 tsp Ginger garlic paste1/2 tsp jeera2 cube process cheese
How to make Malai Cheesy palak curry
Make puree of palak
Add little sugar to keep its fine green colour
Mash paneer
Take a pan and heat oil
Add palak puree and cook for two min.
Add paneer and cook for 2 min
Add cream and mix finely
Take other pan and heat ghee
Add whole masala and saute
Add ginger garlic and chilli paste
Saute it
And add red chilli powder
Add it in palak paneer
Add salt
And cook for 2 min.
When it leave oil it is ready
Grate cheese on it and serve
My Tip:
I serve it with naan. Can serve with rice, phulka also
