Kothambir waffle


Ingredients to make Kothambir waffle

1 cup Coriander leaves1 cup BesanSalt as per taste1 tsp Red Chilli powderWater as required in batter2 tsp Chopped Ginger2 green ChilliFor Tadka----1 tsp Oil1 tbsp Mustard Seeds1/4 tsp Hing6-7 Curry LeavesPinch of Baking SodaGarlic and green chutney for serving

How to make Kothambir waffle

Chop and wash coriander leaves

Add in a bowl

Take besan and add

Add salt and red chilli powder

Add water and make a batter

Whisk properly

Take green chilli and ginger and chop them

Make tadka by heating oil

Add hing and rai

Add curry leaves and chilli ginger

Mix tadka in batter

Now add baking soda

Preheat ovan

Grease waffle mould and pour batter in it

Bake it for 20 min.at 180 degree

When ready cool a little

Then in mould them

And serve with green and garlic chutney
