Methi and sweet potato cutlet


💥Ingredents----

1 cup methi
1 boiled sweet potato
1 green chilli
Coriander leaves
1/2 cup cornflour
Salt as per taste
2 tsp paav bhaaji masala
2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 cup bread crumb

💥Method----

Boil and mash sweet potato

Wash and chop methi leaves

Add both in a bowl

Add green chilli and coriander leaves also

Then add all spices

And mix all of them

Take heart shape mould and fill methi mix
in it and give shape of heart

Take bread crumb in a bowl

Roll all cutlets in it

Keep in freeze for 1 an hour

Then heat oil and fry them

Serve with chutney sauce or curd
