Peas patty in bhujiya crumble


💐Ingredents----

1 cup matar paste
1 tbsp green chop capsicum
1 tsp chop ginger
2 chop green chilli
3 boiled baby potato
1/2 cup Besan  for binding
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp jeera powder
1 lemon juice
2 cup coarse powder of bhujiya
Oil for shallow firing

💐Method----

Boil peas and make a paste in mixi

Add ginger, green chilli, potato and coriander leaves

Add some besan for binding

Mash all of them

Add spices and mix

Make coarse powder of bhujiya

Take a plastic sheet and put matar mix on it now fold sheet and spread it equally with your fingers

Take a mould and cut in desired shapes

Roll in bhujiya crumb and heat oil in pan
Shallow fry all patties

Serve hot with salad sauce and chutney
