Soya and veggie pulao


Soya is very healthy.this pulao is very healthy and nutritious because lot of vegetables are there in it.it tastes wonderfully. Soya has many nutrients.it is very good source of protein,vitamin B and minerals.it is very good source of iron and amino acid.

Ingredents----

1 cup rice
2 tsp oil
1 tsp jeera
Pinch of hing
1 cup soya
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup red,yellow and green bell peppers
1 tbsp peas
1 tbsp carrot
1 tbsp beans
1 tsp chop ginger
1 green chilli
1 /2 cup chop tomato
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp sprinkle onion
1 lemon juice
Coriander leaves
Lemon and tomato slices for garnish

Method----

Wash rice and boil them
Chop all vegetables
Soak soya
ParBoil peas, beans and carrot
Heat oil in kadhai
Add jeera and hing
Then add minced garlic and onion
Saute them
Add ginger chilli and curry leaves
Then add parboiled veggies
And 3 bell peppers
Then add spices and soya
Squeeze lemon juice
Then add boiled rice
Add salt,spring onion and coriander leaves
Our pulao is ready to serve
Garnish with lemon and tomato
