Yogart banana smoothie


This is a diet smoothie.if we calculate it calories wise then 1 banana only have 100 calorie, curd has 100 calorie and nuts had 100 calories. And it is beneficial in helping us to reach out weight loss goal.on the other side it keeps us energetic.

Ingredents----

2 banana
1.5 cup curd
Pinch of cinnemon powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup water
Crushed ice
Mix chop  nuts
Banana slices and black grape for garnish

Method----

Take all ingredents in mixi and blend them
Pour in glasses
Garnish with banana slices ,grapes and nuts
Enjoy
