SOAK YEAST IN LUKEWARM WATER
ADD SUGAR
AND MIX
TAKE FLOUR IN A BOWL ADD SALT
ADD MILK
AND YEAST MIX
MAKE A SMOOTH BATTER BY WHISK PROPERLY
TAKE ONION, GINGER AND CHILLI IN MIXER
ADD TOMATO
MAKE A PASTE
HEAT OIL IN PAN
ADD RAI, JEERA,AND HING
ADD CLOVEAND PUREE
ADD CHANA MASALA ,SALT AND RED CHILLI POWDER
ROAST IT
ADD WATER AND COOK AND ADD GREEN CHILLI
NOW ADD CHHOLA
AND LEMON JUICE OUR CHHOLA ARE READY
ADD MAYO IN FLOUR BATTER
TAKE MOULD AND PUT IN PAN AND POUR BATTER IN IT
LET IT COOK FOR 3 MIN. THEN TAKE OUT MOULD AND FLIP IT
COOK FROM OTHER SIDE OUR CRUMPET IS READY
TOP IT WITH CHANA MASALA
AND SERVE WITH ONION RINGS
GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
