Kashmiri phirni


Ingredents----
1.5 cup milk
1/2 cup suji
1 tbsp chopped almonds
1 tbsp chopped cashews
2 cardmon 's powder
1/2 cup milkmaid
2 tsp sugar or as per taste
Saffron
For garnish---
Almonds,pista, silver foil,mint leaves,cherry and rose petals

Method----
Soak suji in 1/2 cup water for 1 an hour
Then Heat milk 5 min.stir continuously
Add almonds and cashews
Add sugar and cardmon
Add milkmaid and mix all of them
Cook till little thick
Then add soaked suji and stir finely otherwise suji will come together not mixed in milk
Add saffron and cook .
Our Phirni is ready
Pour in serving dishes and garnish with nuts and foil.
