Ingredients to make Khasta aaloo kachauri with curd and chutney

1 cup Flour1 tbsp Ghee1 tsp Salt1 tsp carrom seedsWater as required1.5 tsp melted Butter2.5 tsp rice Flour3 big boiled Potato1 tsp OilPinch of Hing1 tsp rai1 tsp Jeera1 tsp Red Chilli powder1 tsp amchoor powder1 tsp garam MasalaSalt as per taste1/2 tsp Haldi1 tbsp chopped Ginger1 green ChilliCoriander leavesOil for frying

How to make Khasta aaloo kachauri with curd and chutney

Take flour in a bowl

Add salt and carrot seeds

Add 1 tsp ghee and Moran it

Make crumbly

Add water and make medium dough

Take rice flour and ghee in a bowl

And mix finely

Keep aside dough and mix

Heat oil add rai,jeera hing

Add potato and other ingredents

Add spices

Cook them and mash lightly

Let it cool

Then take dough and devide equally in balls

Make a ball and roll it

Then spread the mix upon it

In center put filling and stick sides from all sides

Make kachauri like that

Heat oil and fry them on powder flame

Our garma garam kachauri es are ready

My Tip:

Can add peas also
