Paneeri chana daal pyaaz

Ingredents----


1/2 cup chana daal soaked
2 onion
1/2 cup crumbled paneer
1/2 cup curd
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp jeera
Pinch of haldi
1 green chilli chopped

Method----


Heat oil in cooker add jeera and hing
Add ginger garlic paste
Roast and add tomato paste
Roast and add curd
Add spices and 1 cup water
Give one whistle to cooker
Take pyaaz and scoop from center
Mash paneer and add salt
Add red chilli powder and green chilli
Fill this in onion
When cooker cool add onions also in cooker
Again cook for 5 min.
Our tasty vegetable is ready
Garnish with coriander leaves
