Ingredients to make Baked mexican rice

2 Cup boiled Rice2 tsp Ginger garlic paste1/2 cup chop Onion1/4 cup boil french beans1/4 cup chop Capsicum1/2 cup boiled raazma beans1 green ChilliCoriander leavesSalt as per taste1 tsp red Chilli powder1/4 tsp HaldiFot Tomato sauce----1 tbsp Oil3 Tomatoes4 Garlic cloves1/2 cuo chop Onion1 tsp chop Ginger2 green ChilliSalt as per taste1 tspp red Chilli powder1/4 tsp Haldi1 tbsp Sugar1/4 tsp cartom seeds2 cubes cheeseFor patties----1 boil potato1/4 cup Paneer2 tbsp FlourSalt as per taste1 tsp red Chilli powder1/4 tsp HaldiOil for shallow frying

How to make Baked mexican rice

Heat oil add jeera

Add onion and saute

Add ginger garlic paste

Now add all vegetables

Stir fry them we will not cook too much

As we bake later

Add spices and coriander leaves

Our rice are ready

For sauce---

Heat oil add jeera

Add ginger and garlic

Cook them add onion

Saute them

Add chop tomatoes and cook

When they become soft add spices

Turn off gas and let them cool

Then add them in mixi and puree

For patties----

Take potato and paneer

Mash them

Add ginger paste

Coriander leaves

Add flour and spices

Mix all of them finely

Devide in equal parts

Make patties of this mix

And shallow fry them by adding oil

Cook patties from both sides

Now it's time for assembling-----

Preheat ovan

Take baking dish

Transfer rice in its bottom

Spread evenly

Arrange patties on rice

Now pour sauce upon it and cover rice

Then grate cheese

Add parsley and flakes

Bake on 180 degree for 20 min.

Serve hot
