Dal pakwan


Ingredients to make Dal Pakwan

1 cup DalHaldiRed Chilli powder 2tspSaltAmchur 1tspGaram Masala 1tspJeera powder 1tspGinger paste 1tspOilJeeraFor PakwanMaida 2cupsSaltOil 2 tbspWaterFor serving:Chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, Coriander leavesGreen chutney, Imli chutney

How to make Dal Pakwan

Soak Chana dal for 5hours and then boil

Heat oil add jeera

Add all spices and saute little then add little water

When boils add dal and cook

We don't need much gravy so remain it medium

For Pakwan:

Add salt and oil in maida and make a dough

Rest it for 10 min. Then roll it, cut it and fry it

Serving:

First, take dal in bowl and add chop veggies

Then add both chutney garnish with coriander leaves

Serve with Pakwan

My Tip:

Can cut in the desired shape
