TAKE CURD IN A KADAHI

ADD BESAN SALT AND HALDI

ADD JEERA AND WATER

AND MIX ALL OF THEM FINELY REMIVE ALL LUMPS BATTER SHOULD SMOOTH

NOW COOK IT ON LOW FLAME

REGULAR STIR FOR AVOIDING LUMPS

GREASE THE PLATE

AND POUR ALL MIXTURE IN PLATE SPREAD WITH SPOON

LET IT COOL

NOW CUT IN DESIRED SHAPE

HEAT OIL IN KADHAI ADD RAI JEERA AND HING

ADD CHILLI GINGER AND ONION

AND SAUTE THEM

MAKE ALL PATAUL SEPRATE

ADD SPICES IN PATAUL

AND MIX IN PATAUL

ADD AMCHUR

NOW ADD THEM IN KADHAI

AND MIX SMOOTHLY AS THEY ARE VERY SOFT

ADD CORIANDER LEAVES AND TOSS THEM
