1 cup vermicelli1/4 cup milkmaid2 tsp GheeFor pudding---1 cup milk1/4 cup milkmaid2 tsp Cornflour2 tsp Rose syrup2 drops of red colour

How to make Vermicelli rose pudding

HEAT GHEE IN PAN ADD VERMICELLI AND ROAST IN GHEE

ADD MILKMAID

AND MIX FINELY IN ROASTED VERMICELLI

TAKE FOIL AND PRESS IT IN A SMALL BOWL

ADD VERMICELLI IN IT AND PRESS AS BOWL'S SHAPE AND KEEP IN FREEZER FOR HALF AN HOUR

MIX MILK AND MILKMAID

AND HEAT MILK

IN 1 TSP MILK MIX CORNFLOUR IN IT FINELY AND ADD IT IN MILK AND STIR IT CONTINUOUSLY

THEN TURN OF GAS AND ADD ROSE SYRUP

MIX IT FINELY

THEN ADD IT IN VERMICELLI CUPS AND KEEP IN FREEZE FOR 4 HOURS

TAKE REMAINING MILK MIX AND ADD TWO DROPS OF COLOUR AND MIX

FILL IT IN ZIP LOCK AND KEEP IN FREEZE

WHEN PUDDING SET AT THE TIME OF SERVING MAKE LINES WITH ZIP LOCK

TAKE A TOOTH PICK AND MAKE LINES IN OPPOSITE SIDE

OUR VERMICELLI PUDDING IS READY
