ADD YEAST IN LUKEWARM WATER AND ADD SUGAR LEAVE IT FOR 10 MIN.

ADD SALT IN FLOUR AND TAKE THEM IN MIXING BOWL

ADD PALAK PUREE

NOW ADD REMAINING FLOUR

MAKE DOUGH BY ADDING WATER

NOW ADD OIL

AND MAKE DOUGH KNEAD IT 10 MIN.

NOW OIL DOUGH AND COVER IT KEEP IN WARM PLACE

NOW HEAT OIL IN PAN

ADD HING JEERA AND ADD GINGER AND CHILLI

SAUTE AND ADD BOIL POTATO

AND PEAS

ADD SALT AND RED CHILLI POWDER

CORIANDER POWDER AND FENNEL POWDER

ADD AMCHUR AND GARAM MASALA

MASH ALL AND MIX FINELY

COOK A LITTLE AND OUR FILLING IS READY ADD CORIANDER LEAVES

AFTER DOUGH DOUBLES IN SIZE ROLL DOWN

CUT IT WITH ROUND LID

SPREAD FILLING ON HALF OF ROUND DISC

AND FOLD WITH REMAINING HALF PRICK IT WITH FORK

GREASE WITH OIL OR BUTTER

SPRINKLE SOME BLACK SEASME SEEDSAND BAKE AT180 DEGREE FOR 20 MIN. OR TILL IT TURN IN GOLDEN BROWN
