1 boiled raw Banana1/2 cup chopped red,yellow,green bell Pepper1/2 cup chopped Onion1 green Chilli1 tsp Ginger1 tsp GarlicCoriander leavesSalt as per taste1 tsp red Chilli powder1/4 tsp Haldi1 tsp chaat MasalaOil for shallow frying tikkies3 buns1 tbsp Butter3 tbsp mayonaseOnion and tomato slicesSalt and Pepper for sprinkle3 cheese slicesSauce for serving

TAKE RAW BANANA IN A BOWL

MASH IT

ADD ONION

ADD BELL PEPPERS

ADD GREEN CHILLI

ADD GINGER AND GARLIC

ADD CORIANDER LEAVES

MIX ALL OF THEM

ADD SPICES AND MIX THEM MASH ALL OF THEM

THEM MAKE TIKKIES FOR BURGER

TAKE BREAD CRUMB IN A PLATE AND ROLL TIKKIES IN IT

CUT BUN HORIZONTAL AND HEAT PAN ADD BUTTER AND ROAST BUNS LIGHTLY

THEN ADD OIL IN PAN AND SHALLOW FRY TIKKIES

COOK FROM BOTH SIDES

NOW IT'S TIME TO ASSEMBLE BURGER TAKE ONE PIECE OF BUN

SPREAD MAYO ON IT AND ARRANGE ONION SLICES

THEN TIKKI

PUT TOMATO SLICES UPON IT SPRINKLE SALT AND PEPPER

COVER WITH CHEESE SLICE

AND TOP WITH ANOTHER PIECE OF BUN

INSERT A TOOTH PICK

AND SERVE WITH SAUCE
