Ingredients to make Lovely Nature Cake

2 cup Maida1 1/2 cup powder Sugar4 tbsp Curd1 cup Oil1/2 cup Milk2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp Baking Soda2 tsp vanila1/4 cup hot Water3 tbsp coco powder2 cup whipped CreamBlue, green and yellow colour fondant (Can add other colours)Sprinkles for garnish

How to make Lovely Nature Cake

For vanilla cake ---

Use half ingredients except coco powder

Beat half oil and sugar till creamy. Add curd and vanila

Sieve dry ingredents and fold them in wet ingredents

Grease small mould and pour the mix in it

Bake in preheated ovan at 180 degree for 25-30 min.

for chocolate cake---

In a bowl add oil and sugar and beat them

Add vanila, curd ,baking powder and baking soda

Mix it with half maida and milk. mix all of them. Add remaining milk and maida and coco powder

Take a mould bigger than vanila cake and grease it and pour batter in it

Preheat oven and bake cake at 180 degree for 35 min. Let it cool complete and unmould

for icing --

Take whipped cream and spread it over cake.

Apply the cream on the sides as well and then keep in freezer to set. In the same manner coat vanilla cake and keep in freezer

Take a piping bag and with a brush make three lines in bag on regular interval of blue, green and yellow colour

Fill cream in piping bag, add all three colour.Cover cake with it. Put small cake on big cake and pipe cream in desired design. Use some sprinkles. Our cake is ready
