How to make Paneer tikka naanza

TAKE CURD IN A BOWL

ADD HALDI AND TIKKA MASALA

AND RED CHILLI POWDER

ADD GARAM MASALA

ADD JEERA POWDER

ADD KASOORI METHI

ADD GINGER PASTE

AND GARLIC PASTE

ADD LEMON JUICE

MIX ALL OF THEM

ADD PANEER CUBES AND CAPSICUM AND ONION CUBES

THEN ADD CHOPPED ONION

COAT MARINATION ON PANEER AND ALL BY SLIGHT MIXING AND LEAVE FOR 30 MIN.

TILL THEN TAKE FLOUR IN A BOWL

ADD OIL AND SALT

ADD SUGAR AND CURD

MIX THEM AND MAKE DOUGH

NOW HEAT OIL IN PAN AND ADD MARINATED VEGGIES

STIR THEM AND COOK A LITTLE TILL IT BECOME DRY

NOW TAKE A BALL OF DOUGH AND ROLL IT

BRUSH WATER UPON IT

SPRINKLE SOME BLACK SEASME SEEDS

AND KASOORI METHI

HEAT TAVA AND COOK NAAN ON TAWA

ADD SOME OIL AND COOK FROM BOTH SIDE

PREHEAT OVAN AND SPREAD SAUCE ON NAAN

AND PANEER TIKKA STUFFING

NOW GRATE CHEESE

SPRINKLE OREGANO

AND FLAKES

BAKE IN OVAN FOR 7-8 MIN.AT 180 DEGREE
