1/2 cup crushed Peanuts1/2 cup crushed papri (i use my left over)1 boiled Potato1/2 cup boiled Carrot and beans1/4 cup chopped red,yellow and green Capsicum1/4 cup chopped Onion1 tsp GingerCoriander leavesSalt as per taste1/2 tsp Jeera powder1/2 tsp garam Masala1 tsp Amchur powder1/4 cup Cornflour for bindingOil for frying1/4

TAKED CRUSHED PEANUTS IN A BOWL (NOT NECESSARY)
ADD CRUSHED PAPRI (NOT NECESSARY) CARROT, BEANS AND CAPSICUM
BOILED POTATO AND CORIANDER LEAVES
ADD RED CHILLI POWDER,GARAM MASALA,AMCHUR POWDER AND JEERA MASALA
AND SALT
MASH ALL AND MIX
NOW ADD CORNFLOUR FOR BINDING
MIX THEM
GREASE MODAK MOULD
AND FILL WITH STUFFING AND CLOSE AND MAKE ALL MODAKS
MAKE ALL OF THEM
HEAT OIL
FRY THEM IN HOT OIL
FRY TILL BROWN
OUR ALL MODAKS ARE READY
ADD SOME MAYO ON TIPS OF MODAK AND SERVE WITH GREEN CHUTNEY AND SAUCE
