Sometime we have leftover breads .not only left over but we have bread we can add desired vegetables and make this manchurian which is very tasty and yummy .perfect for tea time
Ingredients to make Bread manchurian
1 cup fresh bread crumb
1/2 cup grated Carrot
1/2 cup fine chop Cabbage
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Jeera
2 Garlic cloves
1/2 cup chop Onion
1/2 cup Tomato
2 tbsp Capsicum
1 tsp Ginger
2 tbsp Cornflour mix in water
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Chilli sauce
1 tsp Tomato sauce
Salt as per taste
Peppper powder
Coriander leaves
How to make Bread manchurian
TAKE FRESH BREAD CRUMB GRATED CARROT AND CABBAGE IN A BOWL
ADD SALT AND RED CHILLI POWDER
AND PEPPER
MIX ALL OF THEM
USE YOUR HANDS AND MAKE A DOUGH
NOW DEVIDE IT IN EQUAL PARTS AND MAKE BALLS
AND FRY THEM
HEAT OIL IN PANAND ADD GARLIC
ONION AND SAUTE
ADD CAPSICUM AND CHOP GINGER
ADD TOMATO
ADD SOYA SAUCE
VINEGAR
CHILLI SAUCE
AND TOMATO SAUCE
MIX CORNFLOUR IN WATER AND ADD IT AND SOME WATER
ADD SALT AND RED CHILLI POWDER
AND BREAD BALLS COOK FOR 2 MIN.
OUR MANTURIAN IS READY GARNISH WITH SPRING ONION OR CORIANDER LEAVES
