How to make Capsicum dhokla
TAKE BESAN IN A BOWL
ADD SALT
GINGER PASTE AND GREEN CHILLI
TAKE WATER AND MIX FINELY
WHISK AND ADD REQUIRED WATER
ADD BAKING SODA AND CITRIC ACID
MIX ALL OF THEM AND PREPARE BATTER
NOE TAKE DESEEDED CAPSICUM AND POUR BATTER IN IT AND REMAINING BATTER IN CUP CAKE MOULDS COOK IN STEAMER FOR 20 MIN.
TILL THEN MAKE TADKA
HEAT OIL ADD HING AND RAI
CURRY LEAVES
GREEN CHILLIES AND 1/2 CUP WATER
ADD 1 TSP SUGAR
DEMOULD DHOKLA FROM CUP CAKE MOULDS
ARRANGE CAPSICUM DHOKLA AND CUPCAKE DHOKLA IN PLATE
AND TEMPER THEM
SPRINKLE GRATED COCONUT, POMEGRANATE PEARLS
