Ingredients to make Chana masala


2 cup boiled chhola


2 Onion


2 Tomato


6 Cloves of garlic


1 tsp Ginger paste


1 green Chilli


Coriander leaves


4 tbsp Oil


1 tsp Jeera


1 tsp Mustard Seeds


1 Bay Leaf


2 Cloves


Pinch of Hing


5-6 Curry Leaves


2 whole green Chillies


Salt as per taste


2 tsp red Chilli powder


1/2 tsp Haldi


1 tsp Coriander powder


2 tsp channa Masala


1 tsp garam Masala


1 Lemon juice


Coriander leaves and Onion slices for garnish


How to make Chana masala

TAKE ONION ,TOMATO



GARLIC,GREEN CHILLI AND GINGER IN MIXI AND GRIND THEM TO MAKE PASTE



HEAT OIL IN PAN ADD JEERA,HING AND RAI LET THEM SPLUTTER AND ADD CLOVES AND BAY LEAF



CUTRY LEAVES AND ADD ONION TOMATO PASTE



STIR IT IN OIL AND ROAST PASTE



WHEN IT COOKS ADD HALDI,CHILLI POWDER,CHANA MASAL AND CORIANDER POWDER



ADD GARAM MASALA AND ROAST ALL OF THEM FOR 3-4 MIN.



ADD SALT



ADD LEMON JUICE AND 1 CUP WATER



AND BOILED CHHOLA MIX THEM AND COOK FOR 10 MIN.



ADD CORIANDER LEAVES



AND OUR DELICIOUS CHANA MASALA IS READY



SERVE EITH BHATURA, RICE OR ROTI
