Ingredients to make Chhola bhatura
For bhatura---
2 cup Flour
2 tbsp suji
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup Butter milk
2 tsp Oil
Oil for frying
For chhola---
2 cup boiled chhola
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 green chiili
4 Cloves of garlic
1 tsp Ginger paste
Coriander leaves
4 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
Pinch of Hing
2 Cloves
1 Bay Leaf
6 Curry Leaves
Salt as per taste
2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/4 tsp Haldi
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 tsp chana Masala
1 tsp garam Masala
1 Lemon juice
Coriander leaves and Onion slices for garnish
How to make Chhola bhatura
TAKE FLOUR IN A PARAT
ADD SUJI AND SALT
BAKING POWDER AND BAKING SODA
ADD BUTTERMILK
AND OIL
ADD WATER AND MAKE DOUGH
AND KEEP ASIDE
YAKE A MIXI AND ADD ONION,TOMATO,GINGER PASTE,
CHILLI AND GARLIC CLOVES AND MAKE A PASTE
HEAT OIL AND ADD JEERA ,RAI,CLOVES,BAY LEAF AND CURRY LEAVES
THEN ADD ONION TOMATO PASTE
AND STIR AND ROAST IT
WHEN IT START TO LEAVE OIL ADD HALDI,RED CHILLI,CHANA MASALA, CORIANDER POWDER AND GARAM MASALA
AND ROAST ALL OF THEM
COOK 5 MIN.
THEN ADD SALT AND 1 CUP WATER
AND MIX ALL
THEN ADD BOILED CHANA
CORIANDER LEAVES AND LEMON JUICE
LET THEM COOK FOR 10 MIN. OUR VEGETABLE IS READY
NOW TAKE BALL FROM DOUGH AND MAKE BHATURA
FRY THEM IN HEATED OIL
SERVE WITH CHHOLA
