Ingredients to make Daal tadka
1 cup mix boil daal(moong,arhar and moong chilka)
1 tbsp Ghee
1 chopped Onion
1 chopped Tomato
1 green Chilli
4 Garlic cloves
Coriander leaves
1 tsp Jeera
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Hing
5 Curry Leaves
1 red dry Chilli
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Haldi
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Amchur powder
1 tsp garam Masala
1 Lemon juice
How to make Daal tadka
HEAT GHEE IN PAN
ADF HING ,RAI AND JEERA WHEN THEY SPLUTTER ADD ONION AND GARLIC
AND SAUTE THEM
ADD CAPPSICUM AND CARROT
AND GREEN CHILLI
COOK THEM AND ADD TOMATO COOK TOMATO TILL MUSSHY
ADD CHILLI POWDER,HALDI AND SALT
ADD CORIANDER POWDERAND AMCHUR POWDER
ADD GARAM MASALA AND MIX ALL OF THEM.WHEN MASALA COOKED
ADD DAAL IN IT AND MIX
COOK FOR 2 BOIL
ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
OUR TADKA DAAL IS READY TO SERVE
SERVE WITH ROTI, PHULKA AND SALAD
