For tadka--


1 tsp Ghee

1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder


For kababs---


1 cup boil chana


1 cup bread crumb


2 tsp Curd


1 inch Ginger


1 green Chilli


1 tsp Garlic paste


3 cloves of Garlic


1 tsp Salt


1 tsp Red Chilli powder


1/2 Lemon juice


1 tsp Jeera


1 tsp garam Masala


1/2 tsp Pepper powder


1/2 tsp Jeera powder


5 Mint leaves


2 tbsp Coriander leaves
