1 cup Curd
1 cup Besan
1 cup Water
2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Haldi
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Jeera
1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1/2 tsp whole Coriander seeds
pinch of Hing
5-6 Curry Leaves
1 dry Red Chilli
Coriander leaves
For tadka--
1 tsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
For kababs---
1 cup boil chana
1 cup bread crumb
2 tsp Curd
1 inch Ginger
1 green Chilli
1 tsp Garlic paste
3 cloves of Garlic
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 Lemon juice
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp garam Masala
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Jeera powder
5 Mint leaves
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
2 tsp Cashew pieces
Oil for frying
Green chuney and salad for serving

HEAT OIL AND ADD JEERA ,RAI
CORIANDER SEEDS , FENUGREEK SEEDS AND CURRY LEAVES ADD HING
ADD BESAN CURD AND WATER AND WHISK AND ADD IN KADHAI
STIR IT AND COOK IT
ADD SALT HALDI
MAKE TADKA BY ADDING GHEE AND MUSTARD SEEDS LASTLY ADD RED CHILLI POWDER AND POUR IN KADHI
FOR JEERA RICE HEAT GHEE
AND ADD JEERA
WHEN JEERA SPLUTTER ADD RICE
AND MIX
ADD SALT AND MIX FINELY WITH LIGHT HANDED
ADD CORIANDER LEAVES

TAKE CHANA IN A MIXI
ADD ONION
AND GARLIC PASTE
LEMON JUICE
AND ADD CURD

NOW GRIND IN MIXI AND MAKE PASTE
TAKE THIS OUT IN BOWL AND ADD BREAD CRUMB

AND MIX ALL OF THEM
ADD CASHEW PIECES
AND MAKE KABAB
INSERT SAATE STICKS AND PPREPARE ALL LIKE THIS
