I have some boiled leftover chana in freeze so i make these kababs.these are very yummy and melting in mouth.
Ingredients to make Kala chana kabab
1 cup boiled Chana
1 inch Ginger
2 tsp Curd
1/2 cupp chopped Onion
1 green Chilli
3 Garlic cloves
5 Mint leaves
2 tbsp chop Coriander leaves
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp red Chilli powder
1/4 tsp Haldi
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp garam Masala
1/2 tsp Jeera powder
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1 Lemon juice
3 tbsp Pieces of Cashew nuts
Oil for shallow frying
Green chutney for serving
Salad
1 cup bread crumb

TAKE BOILED CHANA IN A MIXI
ADD ONION
GARLIC PASTE
AND LEMON JUICE
ADD CURD
MINT LEAVES AND GREEN CHILLI AND CORIANDER LEAVES
NOW ADD SALT
RED CHILLI PPOWDER,HALDI AND JEERA AND GRIND ALL OF THEM
MAKE A PASTE
TAKE OUT IN BOWL AND ADD BREAD CRUMBS
ADD JEERA PPOWDER,JEERA,SALT,RED CHILLI POWDER AND PEPPER
MIX ALL OF THEM
ADD CASHEW PIECES AND GREEN CHUTNEY
NOW TAKE OIL IN PALM AND MAKE KABABS
INSERT SAATE STICK IN IT
MAKE ALL KABABS LIKE THAT
HEAT TAWA AND ADD OILPUT KABABS ON TAWA AT A SIM HEAT
COOK KABABS FROM ALL SIDES
