How to make Kerela style irda (rice cake)
ADD TWO CUP SUJI IN A BOWL
ADD ONE CUP THICK CURD
AND WATER AND MIX THEM AND KEEP FOR 30 MIN.
HEAT OIL IN PAN
ADD HING RAI
AND CURRY LEAVES
ADD HALF TADKA IN BATTER
KISHMIS ,KAJU AND PEANUTS
ADD BAKING POWDER ,BAKING SODA
AND SALT
COOK IN STEAMER FOR 20 MIN. OR KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN
OUR IRDA IS READY
GARNISH WITH CHERRY TOMATO AND CHILLI
AND CORIANDER LEAVES
SERVE WITH GREEN CHUTNEY
