1/2 cup Cream
1 tsp whole Masala
2 tsp Ghee
1 green Chilli paste
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp Jeera
2 tbsp grated cheese
How to make Malai cheesy ppalak curry
WASH PALAK AND MAKE PUREE OF IT
HEAT OIL IN PAN
AND ADD PALAK PASTE COOK FOR TWO MIN.
ADD CRUMBLED PANEER AND AGAIN COOK FOR TWO MIN.
NOW ADD CREAM AND MIX FINELY
IN OTHER PAN HEAT GHEE ADD WHOLE SPICES PEPPER,BAY LEAF ,CLOVES
AND JEERA
ADD GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE IT
THENBADF RED CHILLI POWDER AND MIX
NOW ADD THIS IN PALAK
COOK A LITTLE ADD SALT
AND CINEMON POWDER AND OUR VEGETABLE IS READY
GRATE CHEESE AT THE TIME OF SERVING
SERVE HOT WITH TANDOORI, ROTI OR ,NAAN.I SERVE WITH MINI NAAN AND SALAD
