1/2 cup milk


2 cup whipped Cream


1 Mango


Yellow food colour


Silver balls


Mint for garnish


How to make Mango cake

TAKE FLOUR IN A BOWL



ADD BAKING POWDER IN IT



AND SUGAR KEEP 1/4 CUP SEPRATE MIX ALL OF THEM



MAKE A WELL IN CENTER AND ADD EGG YOLKS AND OIL



ADD VANILA ESSENCE AND MIX



MIX ALL OF THEM



TAKE EGG WHITES IN A DRY BOWL AND BEAT WITH BEATER



ADD LITTLE SUGAR WHICH WE KEPT SEPRATE AND BEAT



AGAIN ADD REMAINING SUGAR AND CREAM OF TARTER BEAT TILL STIFF PEAKS



OUR EGG WHITES MIX IS READY



NOW BEAT FLOUR SUGAR MIX



AND FOLD IN EGG MIX



ADD LITTLE AND MIX



THEN AGAIN ADD REMAINIG MIX AND FOLD



TAKE MOULDS AND LINE WITH BUTTER PAPER AND POUR MIX IN MOULD AND BAKE ON 180 DEGREE FOR 35 MIN.



OUR CAKES ARE READY FIRST TAKE WHIP CREAM AND CRUMB COAT ON IT



KEEP IN FREEZE FOR SOME TIME TO SET



DEVIDE CREAM IN TWO PARTS ADD YELLOW COLOUR



AND CREAM CAKE WITH YELLOW AND WHITE



TAKE A MANGO AND SCOOP IT



NOW MAKE DESIGN ON CAKE AND PUT MANGO SCOOPS IN CENTER



SPPRINKLE SOME SPRINKLERS



GARNISH WITH MINT



AND SERVE
