TAKE SUJI IN A BOWL AND ADD CURD

MIX THEM



MAKE JUICE OF PURPLE CABBAGE AND MIX IN SUJI MAKE A UTTAPAM BATTER



NOW HEAT MINI UTTAPAM TAWA AND GREASE IT

AND PARSLEY
