Ingredients to make Paneer tikka lasagna
3 rounds of Paneer
Salt and red chilli powder for sprinkle on Paneer rounds
1 tbsp Ghee for shallow frying of Paneer
1 tsp Oil
2 Cloves of garlic
1 chop Onion
1 chop Tomato
2 tbsp chop Capsicum
1 tsp Ginger paste
2 tbsp grated Paneer
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Haldi
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp garam Masala
1 Lemon juice
2 tbsp Cream
2 cheese cubes
How to make Paneer tikka lasagna
TAKE THREE PIECES OF PANEER CUT WITH COOKIE CUTTER SPRINKLE SALT AND CHILLI POWDER
ON OTHER SIDE ALSO SPRINKLE SALT AND CHILLI POWDER LET THEM MARINATE FOR 10 MIN.
ADD GHEE IN PAN AND SHALLOW FRY THEM AND KEEP ASIDE
HEAT OIL IN PAN ADD GINGER AND GARLIC
ADD ONION AND SAUTE THEM
ADD CAPSICUM AND TOMATO
AND COOK THEM
NOW ADD SALT,RED CHILLI POWDER AND HALDI
CORIANDER POWDER AND GARAM MASALA
ADD GRATED PANEER
AND CREAM
MIX ALL OF THEM
OUR STUFFING IS READY
ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
NOW TAKE THE SAME COOKIE CUTTER AND PUT A PANEER ROUND IN IT LAYER WITH GRATED CHEESE
NOW STUFF IT WITH FILLING
PRESS IT AND AGAIN AND PUT 2ND PANEER ROUND AND REPEAT LAYERS THEN PUT 3 RD LAYER
TOP WITH CHEESE
BAKE IN PREHEATED OVAN FOR 10 MIN.AT 180 DEGREE
