#paneer tikka lasagna

Ingredents---

100 gram paneer cut in 3 rounds
Salt and red chilli powder for sprinkle
Ghee for shallow fry paneer
1 tsp oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger paste
1 chop onjon
1 chop tomato
1 tbsp chop capsicum
2 tbsp cream
2 tbsp grated paneer
Salt as per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tsp coriander powder
1 lemon juice
Coriander leaves
1 tsp garam masala

Method---

Cut paneer in rounds we need three

Sprinkle salt and chilli powder both side

Let them merinate  for some time

Heat pan add ghee and shallow fry them

Keep aside

Now heat oil add ginger garlic

Add onion and saute them

Then add capsicum and cook

Then add tomato and cook till soft

Add spices and mix them

Then add paneer and coriander leaves

Lastly add cream and garam masala

Our filling is ready

Preheat ovan and take baking tray

Take a mould from which we cut rounds of paneer

Put one paneer round in it then filling and grate half cube of cheese

Like this prepare all layers

Top with grated cheese and bake for 10 min.at 180 degree.

Serve hot
