Ingredients to make Potato stuffed rice rolls
1.5 cup rice Flour
1 cup hot Water
Salt
Oil for greasing
1 boiled potato
1/2 cup mashed Paneer
1 green Chilli
Coriander leaves
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp red Chilli powder
1/4 tsp Haldi
1/2 tsp garam Masala
2 tsp Lemon juice
For tadka---
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
Green Chilli as per taste
Coriander leaves for garnish

How to make Potato stuffed rice rolls
ADD POTATO AND GREEN CHILLI IN A BOWL
ADD PANEER AND CORIANDER LEAVES
NOW ADD ALL SPICES
AND MASH ALL OF THEM AND MIX THEM
TAKE RICE FLOUR IN PAN ADD SALT
TAKE HOT WATER AND MIX RICE FLOUR IN IT AND MAKE A DOUGH
TAKE A PLASTIC SHEET AND ROLL DOWN RICE DOUGH
IN CENTER ADD OUR FILLING IN LENGTHWISE
AND WITH HELP OF PLASTIC MAKE A ROLL COVERING FILLING INSIDE
MAKE ALL ROLLS AND KEEP IN GREASED TRAY
PUT IN STEAMER AND COOK FOR 20 MIN.
OUR ROLLS ARE READY AS OUR KNIFE CAME CLEAN FROM IT
NOW MAKE A TADKA BY ADDING OIL,MUSTARD SEEDS AND GREEN CHILLI
CUT ROLLS AND TEMPER THEM
GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
AND SERVE WITH GREEN CHUTNEY AND SAUCE
