2 tbsp Curd


1 cup grated Paneer


Coriander leaves


5 rasgulla soaked and removed syrup


1 tbsp Ghee


2 tsp Oil


1 tsp Jeera


1 Bay Leaf


Salt as per taste


1 tsp red Chilli powder


1/4 tsp Haldi


2 tsp Coriander powder


1 tsp garam Masala




How to make Rasgulla in paneer gravy

TAKE A MIXER ADD ONION,TOMATO



GARLIC CLOVES,GREEN CHILLI



AND GINGER PASTEADD CURD ALSO AND MAKE A PASTE



PASTE IS READY



HEAT GHEE ADD OIL



ADD JEERA AND BAY LEAF



ADD ONION TOMATO PASTE



AND ROAST IT



ADD HALDI,RED CHILLI POWDER,CORIANDER POWDER AND GARM MASALA AND ROAST SPICES



ADD 1.5 CUP WATER AND LET GRAVY COOK



NOW ADD GRATED PANEER



AND CORIANDER LEAVES



TRANSFER IT IN SERVING BOWL



FOR TADKA HEAT GHEE



WHEN GHEE HEATS ADD RED CHILLI POWDER



AND TEMPER IT UPON GRAVY



ADD RASGULLAS



GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES



SERVE HOT I SERVED WITH MINI LACCHA PARANTHA
