2 cup Rice sevaiyan
2 Eggs
1 cup thin grated Carrot
1 tsp grated Ginger
1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp green Chilli
Coriander leaves
2 tbsp chop Parsley
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp garam Masala
1 tsp mixed herbs
Oil for shallow frying
For Chilli sauce---
1/2 cup red bell Pepper
2 cloves of Garlic
1 green Chilli
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
2 tsp Cornflour
How to make Rice sevaiyan pancakes with chilli sauce
BOIL WATER AND ADD IN SEVAIYAN FOR 4-5 MIN THEN REMOVE WATER
ADD GRATED CARROT,GINGER ,CHILLI AND CORIANDER LEAVES
BEAT EGGS
AND ADD ONE OF THEM IN MIXTURE
MIX ALL OF THEM FINELY
THEN ADD SECOND ONE
AND MIX
ADD SALT, PEPPER,GARAM MASALA
AND GARLIC PASTE
MIX FINELY
SPRINKLE PEPPER POWDER
AND MIX HERBS
ADD PARSLEY
HEAT TAWA AND GREASE IT
TAKE MIXURE IN PALM AND SHAPE PANCAKE
COOK IT ON TAWA
ADD SOME OIL
FLIP IT AND COOK FROM OTHER SIDE
NOW FOR CHILLI SAUCE TAKE A MIXI ADD GARLIC
CHILLI AND VINEGAR
ADD SALT
ADD RED BELL PEPPER
AND SUGAR
AND PEPPER POWDER
MIX CORNFLOUR IN WATER
HEAT SAUCE ON GAS TILL BOIL CAME
ADD CORNFLOUR PASTE AND COOK .OUR CHILLI SAUCE IS READY
OUR CHILLI SAUCE IS READY
SERVE PANCAKES WITH HOME MADE CHILLI SAUCE
